Communication could improve – staff seemed uninterested in helping!!! Hot water took too long to arrive and bugs were a nuisance!!! Nightstand lamps would enhance room experience!!! A waste basket might be a simple addition!!!

Centrally located with friendly staff who make you feel like family. Clean, comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. A golf cart rental with a discount!

Noise from nearby clubs might disturb your peace, and the thin walls can lead to unexpected volume late into the night.

The hotel is conveniently situated just a few steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of many fantastic eateries like Fido's Restaurant & Bar and Caramba Restaurant. plus, the rooms were cleaned daily, making my stay even more pleasant.

coastalbay 2 & golf cart rental is super close to the beach and within walking distance of many places. the cleaning ladies were so friendly and made my room feel cool and clean every day, which was a delightful surprise! daily cleaning was such a nice touch.

The Deluxe Double Room was really comfy and clean. I loved having an electric jug and a small fridge, super handy! The view from the 3rd floor was nice too. Daily cleaning was a plus. Not much communication about the restaurant and bar, which was a little annoying.
